为方便行政管理人员、后勤服务保障人员到校到岗开展工作，经研究决定，自3月2日起调整学校门禁管理措施如下：
1.调整校门开放时间如下：
兴庆校区
北门（工作日7:00-21:00）开放
东南门（每日7:00-21:00）开放
南门、东门（全天24小时）开放
西南门不开放
雁塔校区
财经北门（工作日7:00-21:00）开放
医学北门、继续教育学院（每日7:00-24:00开放）；
医学西门（每日7:00-21:00）开放
2.教职工入校时，应出示本人校园卡、身份证，经体温检测正常方可入校。
3.校外人员及车辆因公事需要进校的，由校内接待单位通过部门OA邮箱提前1天以上向保卫处报备，审核后方可进校；临时需要进校的，由校内接待单位拨打保卫处报警求助电话报备后方可进校。
4.未经许可的教职工家属、非在职在岗教职工、校外人员及无关车辆谢绝入校。

Notice on Campus Access Control Adjustment
All teachers and staff:
In order to facilitate administrative staff and logistic service staff to arrive at the school to carry out their work, the management measures of school access control have been adjusted as follows since March 2:
I. School gate opening hours will be adjusted as follows:
Xingqing Campus:
North Gate: from 7:00 to 21:00 on weekdays
Southeast Gate: from 7:00 to 21:00 daily
South Gate and East Gate: 24 hours
Southwest Gate: not open
Yanta Campus:
Financial North Gate: from 7:00 to 21:00 on weekdays
Medical North Gate and Cuihua Road Campus: from 7:00 to 24:00 daily
Medical West Gate: from 7:00 to 21:00 daily
II. When entering the campus, teachers and staff should show their campus cards and ID cards and they can enter the school if their temperature test is normal.
III. If off-campus personnel and vehicles need to enter the school for business affairs, the on-campus reception unit shall submit an application to the security department through the department's OA mailbox at least one day in advance. They may enter the school only after getting the verification. For those who need to enter the school temporarily, the on-campus reception unit shall call the campus security telephone for record.
IV. Faculty members without permission, non-in-service faculty, off-campus personnel and vehicles shall not be allowed to enter the campus.
V. Teachers and staff who return to shaanxi from other provinces for less than fourteen days are not allowed to return to school in principle.Students are not allowed to return to school until they receive the notice.
