   In order to do well in traffic management of Innovation Harbor during the Innovation Month and create a harmonious environment for ensuring various activities’ going smoothly, the traffic management of Innovation Harbor during this month are notified as follows:

   Ⅰ. Road traffic controlling measures          

To ensure the traffic safety and the teaching and scientific research environment, the separation management of people and vehicles is implemented in the teaching and research area of iharbor. Except for the official vehicles of important activities which are necessary to enter the ground parking lot, other vehicles are not allowed to pass on the ground.

During the period of Innovation Month, the east of East Wutong Road(including), the west of the Nanyang Avenue (including), the South of Siyuan Huanbei Road(excluding), the north of Wuben Road(including) and the east of West Wutong Road(including), the South of Siyuan Huanbei Road(excluding), the West of East Wutong Road(including), the north of Siyuan Huannan Road (excluding) are the traffic controlling areas. Independent vehicles are prohibited to pass or park in these areas.          

Ⅱ. Vehicles’ parking measures          

The faculty’s vehicles can be parked in the building’s underground parking lot or the core underground parking lot. (see Annex 2 for details)

Social vehicles can be driven to the following areas for parking. (see Annex 3 for details)

Social vehicles heading to the central teaching and research area of iharbor (Hanying Building, Hongli Building, Minxing Building, Lixing Building, Gongxing Building, Milan Building, museum, reading center, and student’ apartment areas) can drive along Siyuan Huannan Road to the south of Xiqian Avenue and then enter the underground parking lot for free.          

Social vehicles heading to the medical and chemical sector (Hongde Building, Hongren Building, Hongrun Building, Hongsheng Building) can drive along Siyuan Huanbei Road to the north entrance of Nanyang Avenue, and southward enter the underground parking lot of medical and chemical sector for free.          

Official vehicles and super high vehicles with a height of more than 2 meters can drive westward along Qinzheng Road to the East Wutong Road and then drive southward to the large vehicles’ parking lot.          

Ⅲ. If there are large-scale activities and a large number of vehicles needed to be parked, please complete registration procedures by telephone or OA at least one working day in advance.          

Registration methods:          

1. Provide the arriving vehicle’s number, driver’s name, driver's telephone number and other information through OA department’s e-mail.          

2. Call the duty number of Innovation harbor on 029-88968110 and provide the vehicle’s number.          

3. In case of emergency, temporary or special circumstances, please contact the following two persons：    

Liu Yong (TL: 186-2956-0714), Li Jianwu (TL: 132-2783-3906).            

4. Please abide by the traffic management regulations of iharbor, obey the command of the security staff, and park the vehicles in an orderly and standardized way.
