Dear new undergraduate students and parents of grade 2020,

At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation of COVID-19 is arduous and complex, and universities should not let up in epidemic prevention and control. In order to jointly prevent and control the epidemic in the school and ensure that students can register on campus smoothly, the school further adjusted the campus access control measures during freshman registration in accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities. The following is the notice of the campus access control management during the enrollment period of undergraduate freshmen:

I. Opening time of  Xingqing and Yanta Campus during freshman registration.

Xingqing Campus:

The North Gate, Southeast Gate and Southwest Gate are open from 7:00 to 23:00.

The South Gate, East Gate(Rainbow bridge) and West Gate of the second teaching area are open 24 hours a day.

Yanta Campus:

The North Gate of Medicine, the West Gate of Medicine, the North Gate of Finance and Economics, and the gate of the old financial campus are open from 7:00-23:00.

The East Gate of the student living area is open 24 hours a day.

Ⅱ. Regulations on campus access control during freshmen's registration.

During the enrollment period of undergraduate freshmen, Xingqing and Yanta campuses will continue to implement strict epidemic prevention and control measures, and refuse to allow non-affiliated personnel to enter the campus.

2020 undergraduate freshmenmust verify their identity with the acceptance letter, electronic campus card of Mobile Jiaotong University APP, campus ID card, or admission text messages(choose one of four) after verifying their "Xi'an One Code Pass". After detecting the temperature is normal, you can enter the school from the nearest school gate and go through the dormitory check-in procedures,and then go through the registration procedures at the designated place.

Students are asked to wear masks when entering the school, keep a social distance of more than one meter before and after, and line up in an orderly way. The school has arranged volunteers to provide students with baggage handling, admission procedures guidance and other services. When students encounter difficulties in the school, they can consult volunteers or ask the staff of the security department for help.

Vehicles of parents, relatives and friends of students that pick up students, and students’ self-driving vehicles are not allowed to enter the school. Xingqing campus can park vehicles on both sides of Jingjiu Road and Youyi East Road, and Yanta campus can park vehicles temporarily (within 30 minutes) on the auxiliary road ssurrounding the campus.

During the registration period of new students, except for all kinds of vehicles for official activities and logistics support that have completed the registration procedures in advance, other vehicles unrelated will not be allowed to enter.

Ⅲ. Regulations on campus access control after freshman registration.

After registration, freshmen should take part in the military training on campus and should not go out without special circumstances.
